I offer personal training in half our or one hour sessions. Half hour sessions are
25 and one hour sessions are 35. Nutritional programming is available for 39 which includes your initial set up, determining your caloric needs and then customizing a meal plan with you to decide what foods you will eat. This is not a cookie cutter program where you have to eat stuff you do not like. We sit down together and go through a week’s worth of meals together so you decide what is in your plan. If you wish we also offer online nutrition and exercise logging vie our interactive website. This provides accountability for you as I keep track of what you’re logging. This also allows for you to go online with your custom meal plan and choose exchanges for all foods in your plan. If you get tired of something no big deal just log in click on your meal, hit exchange and choose from a list of suitable exchanges. Serving size will automatically be selected for you. You can track your weight, exercise and food log all in one place available to you from any computer with an internet connection.
